For over 20 years “ULTIMATE BUILDING DESIGN” has been providing architectural/structural plans and designs for residential, commercial and industrial buildings in order to obtain building permits approval throughout the Greater Toronto Area.

Having previously worked at the City of Toronto and the City of Mississauga's building departments gives us at "Ultimate Building Design" an upper edge and experience to process and be familiarized with the requirements of dealing with building and planning departments throughout the Greater Toronto Area and throughout Ontario.

As a member in good standing of the “Association of Architectural Technologists of Ontario” and certified through the Government of Ontario with a legal “BCIN”, this authorizes us to provide complete architectural plans and designs for residential, commercial and industrial buildings.

and other consultants helps us expedite building permit applications in a timely manner, as we all know the frustrations and expenses of dealing with government agencies when it comes to land development.
